How Long Does It Take To Start Loosing Muscle Mass And Strength?

If you dont workout for 5 days will you be in worse shape? How long can you go without exercising before you begin to start loosing strength, or getting out of shape? Can you go for a week? How long does it take?

    Well in my own experience, after about a week, I was still able to lift weights as if there were no gaps in between. But after 3 weeks on another occasion, I began to feel weak and once I started to lift again, it was highly noticeable. So in my opinion, after 2 weeks of no weight lifting, you’re strength/muscle mass will start decreasing.
