It dehydrates your organs and can kill young people. It also can promote kidney shutdown because most of the bottle is straight chaulk. Besides caffeine and vitamins, everything at GNC is counterproductive or just plain poison. Same health risk as steriods, only without the results.

MR DAN, IS THE ONLY WHO KNOWS HIS S**T, THE REST DON’T KNOW WHAT THE F**K THERE TALKING ABOUT. CREATINE MAKES YOUR MUSCLES FULLER BY RETAINING WATER, AND YES IT DOES MAKE YOU ABOUT 10% STRONGER. AS FOR THE PERSON THAT SAID THAT IT CAUSES KIDNEY SHUTDOWN, THERE IS NO RESEARCH UP TO DATE THAT SHOWS THAT CREATINE CAUSES ANY KIND OF DAMAGE. PEOPLE JUST LIKE TO TALK S**T ABOUT THINGS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. I’VE BEEN TAKING CREATINE SINCE IT CAME OUT IN THE MARKET. AS MANY OTHER BODYBUILDERS, WITH NO DAMAGE AT ALL. THE ONLY THING IS YOU HAVE TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER WHEN TAKING CREATINE, THAT’S ALL

You gain weight due to the retention of water in your muscles. Creatine is shown to increase performance and strength in individuals.

  3. Mr. Dan says:

creatine allows you to gain weight by adding muscle faster.not muscle strength-you have to get that by lifting in increasing amounts over time..
