    creatine allows you to gain weight by adding muscle faster.not muscle strength-you have to get that by lifting in increasing amounts over time..

    yes sir. take wight protein. its meant to maintain your weight, and build muscle and strength at the same time

    I like to keep it simple with a good whey protein.
    However, the summer I used a Creatine monohydrate, I put on 15 pounds.

    Well in my own experience, after about a week, I was still able to lift weights as if there were no gaps in between. But after 3 weeks on another occasion, I began to feel weak and once I started to lift again, it was highly noticeable. So in my opinion, after 2 weeks of no weight lifting, you’re strength/muscle mass will start decreasing.

    you really should just go to a druf store and get some random thing. You should ask a doctor first and then he/she will give u a safe and effective way to gain muscle
