Avoid eating any cholesterol-rich foods and fast-foods. Take your time to cook a delicious dinner every day. You can make from this a fun family activity. This way you will eat a very health meal.

Walk for two hours a day to get some sun light and to relax. It’s well known that sun light can be very healthy for your body.
